The name Jean Guiot is a false one given by Dave Stewart who actually co-wrote and produced the song. The song was released as the first single from the yet-to-be released album Raindancing in November 1986.

"Axel F" is the electronicinstrumental theme from the 1984 film Beverly Hills Cop performed by Harold Faltermeyer. The title comes from the main character's name, Axel Foley (played by Eddie Murphy), in the film. It topped musical charts in 1985 and remains a popular remix track. Mixes of "Axel F" topped European pop charts in 2003, and again in 2005 as the Crazy Frog song. In addition to the Beverly Hills Cop soundtrack, the song also appears on Faltermeyer's 1988 album Harold F. as a bonus track. Reportedly, Faltermeyer was against including it, but MCA insisted as it was his most recognizable track.
No Coke" is a song recorded by the Sweden-based musician and producer Dr Alban. It was the second single from his debut album Hello Afrika. Released in November 1990, the song was a hit in some European countries and reached number one in Sweden. To date, "No Coke" is one of Dr Alban's most successful songs, along with "It's My Life" and "Sing Hallelujah".
Sonic Dream Collective was a Swedish pop band from the city of Uppsala. They had their greatest success in 1995 with the song “Oh, Baby All” which topped the Swedish national radio P3 Tracks chart. The debut album “Gravity” was also released the same year (1997 in the US).
Members of the band were singer Linn Engström, songwriter Jon Hällgren and producer Anders Wågberg.
Between 1994 and 1997 the band had their own record label Flying Duck Music together with producer Stefan Warnberg.
A close collaboration was soon established with Giovanni Sconfienza and the record label Remixed Records where the second and final album “Dustproof” was released in 1998. By then the name had been shortened to Sonic Dream.
"Dustproof" also featured a collaboration with American guitarist Raven Storm, who was recording his album at the Flying Duck studios. Hearing Storm's playing, Wågberg decided to add a rock element to their music. Storm recorded several guitar solos and rhythm guitar parts, but most of it, including all of the solos, were left out of the final cut due to the producers' reluctance to change the musical formula. Storm is featured most prominently on the song "Colors of the Wind."
Le Click was a Eurodanceduo created in Germany by the record producer, Frank Farian. Le Click consisted of Swedish singer Kayo Shekoni and rapper/singer Robert Haynes. In the UK, Le Click are considered to be one-hit wonders.[1]Le Click's U.S. chart debut was in 1995 with "Tonight is the Night" (which featured La Bouche's Melanie Thornton on vocals and was included on the double platinum-selling U.S. edition of La Bouche's debut album Sweet Dreams). They had anotherhit in 1997 with the single "Call Me", which climbed to number 35 on the Billboard Hot 100 as well as number 4 on the BillboardHot Dance Club PlayChart.[2] The track reached number 38 in the UK Singles Chart.[1] Its follow-up, "Don't Go" peaked at number 62 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 19 on the Billboard Dance Club Play Chart.[3] Their album, Tonight Is The Night peaked at number 49 on the Heatseekers chart.

Myers came up with the title of the song through a misheard lyric. Listening to Bush's hit song "Glycerine", she thoughtGavin Rossdale was singing "Kiss the rain" on the chorus. When she discovered the correct lyric was "Glycerine", she was still taken with the phrase "kiss the rain" and it inspired the title.
